Returns and Exchanges
Please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from one another. Since natural stones & pearls are organic in nature, they may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.
FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
1. CANCELLATIONS:
Prepaid Orders cannot be cancelled. COD Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
2. RETURNS:
We only offer Exchanges.
3. EXCHANGES:
We offer a 2-day exchange policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. But a Flat charge of Rs. 300 is applied to arrange reverse logistics and packaging. To initiate the exchange process, please mail us (support@swabhimann.com) the invoice and picture(s) of the product(s) and packaging within 2 days of delivery. Once we receive the product(s) back, we will then inspect and check the physical product. Once approved, we would exchange the item(s) depending on the availability. Just in case, the product is not in the stock, we will transfer the amount after adjusting Rs. 300 to your Swabhimann Jewellery Account as Store Credits (Not Bank Account, Paytm, Google Pay, Cash etc). These can be redeemed on future purchases.
Exceptions:
- International Orders (Outside India) are not eligible for exchanges.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for international order to validate damages or missing item(s) if any.
- Cancellations due to delay in delivery is not possible if the delay is caused by courier company as it is beyond our control.
- Personalised/Customised Products are not eligible for exchanges.
- Products purchased under SALE section are not eligible for exchanges.
- Products purchased using Gift Voucher/Credit Note are not eligible for exchanges.
Please Note:
- We only accept Exchange for products purchased directly from www.swabhimann.com. Any exchange request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
- 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the colour/style/quality/design/size/dimensions/weight and twisted earrings sticks (as these are adjustable in nature) of the product purchased. The same can be straighten with hands.
- Product(s) above Rs. 25,000/- cannot be Exchanged.
- If you self-ship any product without officially informing us on Email, we will not process the request.
- Product(s) can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
- We only offer store credits. We do not refund to Bank Account, Paytm, Google Pay, Cash etc.
- Exchange requests are handled only through Email and not WhatsApp.
FOR STORE SALES:
Store orders can only be exchanged within 2 Days from the date of purchase. A bill is mandatory for facilitation of exchange. There is no refund for in-store sales. The products should be unused and in original condition. Original packaging must be intact.
FOR EXHIBITIONS:
Exhibition orders can only be exchanged at the exhibition within the tenure of said exhibition. A bill is mandatory for facilitation of exchange. There is no refund at the exhibitions. The products should be unused and in original condition. Original packaging must be intact.
