Swabhimann is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.
Before you return a Swabhimann Product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional gold jewelry artisans, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones also tend to vary slightly in color tone or shape and size due to their natural origin.
Exchange and Return / cancellation is not applicable on products delivered outside of India.
STEPS TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE (only valid for shipments delivered within India):
Please inform us within 3 days / 72 hours of receipt of order. You must email at support@swabhimann.com
- Please mention your name, contact number, address and order number in the email.
- The product should be packed carefully in its original packaging and condition.
- A Flat charge of Rs. 300 is applied to arrange reverse logistics and packaging. We would be happy to exchange the item(s) depending on the availability. Once we receive the product(s) back, we will then inspect and check the physical product.
- Once approved, we would exchange the item(s) depending on the availability. Just in case, the product is not in stock, we will transfer the amount after adjusting Rs. 300 to your Swabhimann Account as Store Credits.
- A credit note will be issued, against which you can purchase something within 1 year of exchange.
- Exchange/Return can only happen once.
We do not have a money refund policy.
All international orders are non-refundable.
All Custom Duties/Charges Shall Be Borne by the Customer.
Merchandise bought on Discount:
Products purchased under Clearance SALE cannot be exchanged or returned.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Returns & Exchange policy:
www.swabhimann.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification.
No exchange or return requests shall be accepted on customized or made to order products.
